The camp of Vice President Leni Robredo has asked the Supreme Court sitting as Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) to require the spokesman of former Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos to identify the people who knew about the use of theplastic magnifying lens in the revision votes for the 2016 vice presidential race. Last June 14, one of Marcos' revisors, a certain Nestor Borromeo, was caught using a "plastic magnifying lens" inside the revision area at the Supreme Court compound where the ballots were being examined by the revisors of the PET and both parties.
