The Cool Smashers cut down the Pocari Sweat-Air Force Lady Warriors to size, 25-16, 26-24, 22-25, 25-17, in one of two Game 2s in the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference at Filoil Flying V Centre. Earlier, Grethcel Soltones stepped up when the game was on the line, hitting three spikes in the fifth set to bail out a sinking PayMaya side over BanKo Perlas, 28-26, 25-16, 25-27, 25-27, 15-12.
